Day 20 - Full Body Power

As our body gets to used to basic movements, we’ll need to increase the resistance to keep on seeing results. Add a pair of dumbbells to increase your strength and endurance. Start off light if last week was difficult for you or if you were sore for more than one or two days after working out.
