Not ready to commit to a personal trainer, but wanting some extra accountability and a like-minded community to help you meet your fitness goals? Try our monthly live challenge!
Each week will consist of three workouts — strength training, mobility & core, and cardio of your choosing — and two live sessions with our challenge instructor where you’ll have a chance to review the program and proper form, ask questions, and get to know others.
What You Get
Join Karen in kickstarting your fitness goals this fall! As we start heading into the autumn season, we may feel our lives getting a little busier as everyone returns from summer holidays, and our desire to rest and stay indoors getting stronger as the sun starts setting earlier. Whether you’re feeling too busy to make fitness a priority, or just feeling like you’re lacking in motivation, this live group challenge is for you!
Dates and Times
Mondays, September 29 - October 20 at 7:00pm-7:30pm PT
Thursdays, October 2-October 23 at 7:00pm-7:30pm PT
Workouts are done on your own time, and live sessions happen twice a week, Mondays and Thursdays.
Each week you’ll receive a different total body workout that you can do up to three times in a week. You’ll also have a core and mobility workout for the month, which is done twice a week. Cardio is suggested three times a week, however the type and frequency is up to you.
During the first live session of every week, Karen will provide an overview of the total body workout, focusing on proper form for each movement, and modifications to make movements easier or harder. Participants can also ask questions if they have something specific they want to focus on (e.g., modifying for a specific injury).
The second session provides a chance for participants to ask questions of each other and Karen, let the group know what went well (or not), and get tips and feedback from the group.
