Celebrate Heart Month with Movement.

The YMCA and ParticipACTION are excited to once again partner to provide people across our nation with inspiration to get moving through a new batch of fun, motivating and expert-led exercise videos.  As part of February’s Heart Month, these videos help everyone add cardio exercise to their daily routine to help strengthen their heart and lungs, improve their circulation and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. 

What makes these videos different? 

At 30 minutes or less, our videos can fit into your busy day. They’re science-informed, meaning you can trust the exercise advice and guidance. Finally, there’s something for everyone! Modifications and a variety of movement options means you can join in, no matter your age or ability.
