Focus on functional strength exercises to support how you move in everyday life! We’ll start standing with gentle rotational exercises, adding optional weights for an extra challenge, then move to the floor to focus on your core, glutes, and lower back. You can choose between bodyweight or dumbbells to follow along at a level that feels comfortable for you.
