Full Body Foam Rolling to Release Tension

In this Pilates session, Alicia guides you through full body stretches to help relax your fascia, the connective tissue around your muscles and organs that can cause tension and limit mobility when tight. Using a foam roller and a massage ball, follow along with movements that release tension and leave your body feeling refreshed, and fully reset from a long day.
