ParticipACTION Community Challenge
Welcome to the Community Challenge in collaboration with ParticipACTION!
Join us from June 1st-30th in daily activities to help your community be named “Canada’s Most Active Community!” Don’t forget to track your progress! The winning community will receive $100,000 to support their local physical activity and sports initiatives!
Participating is simple. Click on the calendar day and choose the activity that works best for you and your body. Keep track of your participation by using the red Track Progress button that you will find at the bottom of this page as well as on each calendar day.
Be Prepared. This challenge starts with easy bodyweight exercises for a complete, total body workout to begin. As you progress through the month, you’ll increase your load with dumbbells, while also increasing the amount of time you’re working out during the week.
Upon completion, all participants will receive a 30-day membership to Y@HOME+ where they can access exclusive video content, monthly challenges, and nutritious meal plans and recipes to help them meet their fitness and wellness goals.
